Financial Market Authority FMA publishes a warning against Credit for you Ltd. - 12.02.2010
In an announcement published in today's issue of the official gazette "Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung", the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) warns investors against the conclusion of banking transactions requiring a licence with the following provider Credit for you Ltd.

With regard to the association Nick2Nick ("Bankless-life"), Eglsee 9, 5270 Mauerkirchen, an announcement pursuant to Article 4 para. 7 of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Banking Act) and Article 64 para. 9 of the Zahlungsdienstgesetz (ZaDiG; Payment Services Act) was published on 7 January 2010 in the official gazette "Amtsblatt der Wiener Zeitung" and on the website of the FMA.
