The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby advises that it has imposed a fine of EUR 21,800.00 for a breach of investment rules in relation to fund regulations of the Investment Funds Act 2011 (InvFG 2011; Investmentfondsgesetz 2011) against 3 Banken-Generali Investment-Gesellschaft m.b.H. as a legal person by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para. 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz) by means of a penal order.
The penal order is final.
