The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000.00 for a breach of a provision on investment (Article 74 para. 1 of the Investment Funds Act 2011 (InvFG 2011; Investmentfondsgesetz 2011) in relation to a UCITS pursuant to Article 2 in conjunction with Article 50 InvFG 2011 against a responsible agent of an investment fund management company. The penal order is final.
