The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby informs that it has imposed fines of € 1,200.00, € 1,000.00 and € 700.00 respectively against three responsible directors of a management company responsible at the time the breach occurred for breaching Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 583/2010 (EU KID Regulation). The management company had provided misleading information in relation to the use of derivatives in documentation about funds.
