The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may pursuant to Article 22c para. 1 no. 2 Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz) in the case of the imposing of a sanction that was imposed for breaches against Article 94 Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018), inform about or publish the name of the person against whom the sanction was imposed, as well as the sanction imposed.
By publication in the official gazette “Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung” of 02.11.2018, the FMA hereby informs that

was instructed by administrative decision on 18.10.2018 to cease to perform unauthorised investment advice in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 3 para. 2 no. 1 WAG 2018 and the unauthorised receiving and transmitting of orders pursuant to Article 3 para. 2 no. 3 WAG 2018 provided that such activities involve one or several financial instruments.
