The Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that pursuant to Article 31 para. 4 in conjunction with Article 50 para. 2 no. 5 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz), published in Federal Law Gazette I No. 135/2013, as amended, that the continuing marketing of unit certificates of the foreign EU-AIF “SIGULER GUFF GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY (UK), LP”, which is managed by the AIFM “Siguler Guff UK LLP”, has been prohibited with effect from 11.01.2017.
