As a result the time for submission as well as the operative burden for all concerned is kept to a minimum. Certain submissions under the Incoming Platform Regulation (FMA-IPV; FMA-Incoming-Plattformverordnung) must be submitted via the Incoming Platform.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The <a href=\"https:\/\/webhost.fma.gv.at\/IncomingPlattform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Incoming Platform<\/a> can be accessed here.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please consult this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/download.php?d=1071\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announcement about the legal effectiveness of submissions<\/a> (available in German only) for ensuring legally effective submissions.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">National Reporting<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information submitted quarterly and annually to the FMA by corporate provision companies under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Gesetzesnummer=20008649\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">Betriebliche Vorsorgekassen-Formbl&auml;tterverordnung (BVK-FBlV)<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Gesetzesnummer=20003415\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">Betriebliche Vorsorgekassen-Quartalsausweisverordnung (BVQA-V)<\/a> (in German only).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This page contains information about how corporate provision companies submit reports to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA).
