If you are unsure about whether a company is allow to conduct financial transactions with you, for example whether it is allowed to sell securities to you, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/contact\/\">ask us!<\/a>&nbsp;Don&rsquo;t fall for financial fraudsters promising high rates of return. Any company that still does that, is very dubious. Don&rsquo;t allow yourself to get involved with such companies, even if it all sounds so simple and profitable.    <\/div>  <\/div><\/div><p>\n<div class=\"card\">  <div class=\"card-header\" id=\"heading-6a417f722359f\">    <h2 class=\"mb-0\">      <button class=\"btn btn-link btn-block text-left p-0 d-flex align-items-center justify-content-between\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-heading-6a417f722359f\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-heading-6a417f722359f\">        <span>Enticing offers are often empty promises &ndash; check everything very precisely!<\/span>        <i class=\"fa-solid fa-chevron-down text-primary\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>      <\/button>    <\/h2>  <\/div>  <div id=\"collapse-heading-6a417f722359f\" class=\"collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-6a417f722359f\">    <div class=\"card-body\"><p>In the case of offers from unauthorised companies, it is generally fraud, even when they speak about investing. It is highly probably you will lose all your money in the process. Check whether the company has actually been authorised by a government supervisory authority.    <\/div>  <\/div><\/div><p>\n<div class=\"card\">  <div class=\"card-header\" id=\"heading-6a417f72235d4\">    <h2 class=\"mb-0\">      <button class=\"btn btn-link btn-block text-left p-0 d-flex align-items-center justify-content-between\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-heading-6a417f72235d4\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-heading-6a417f72235d4\">        <span>Check whether the company that has contacted you is even authorised at all. - Only do business with providers that are both authorised and supervised.<\/span>        <i class=\"fa-solid fa-chevron-down text-primary\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>      <\/button>    <\/h2>  <\/div>  <div id=\"collapse-heading-6a417f72235d4\" class=\"collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-6a417f72235d4\">    <div class=\"card-body\"><p>Do not enter into any unnecessary risks with your money. You don&rsquo;t want to lose it. Therefore: invest with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/search-company-database\/\">providers that are supervised and are authorised<\/a>.<br>\nOnly authorised companies or persons fulfil the conditions necessary to perform financial services. These services include financial advice, asset management, and the brokering of shares, bonds, certificates and other investments.    <\/div>  <\/div><\/div><p>\n<div class=\"card\">  <div class=\"card-header\" id=\"heading-6a417f72235ea\">    <h2 class=\"mb-0\">      <button class=\"btn btn-link btn-block text-left p-0 d-flex align-items-center justify-content-between\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-heading-6a417f72235ea\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-heading-6a417f72235ea\">        <span>Check whether there has already been a warning about this company!<\/span>        <i class=\"fa-solid fa-chevron-down text-primary\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>      <\/button>    <\/h2>  <\/div>  <div id=\"collapse-heading-6a417f72235ea\" class=\"collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-6a417f72235ea\">    <div class=\"card-body\"><p>A warning is made following a thorough investigation.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/category\/news-en\/investor-warning\/\">The FMA warns about companies<\/a>, that have already been active in an unauthorised manner, with information about them being available on the FMA website or via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/fma-app\/\">FMA App<\/a>.
