In Austria, the <a href=\"\/wp-content\/plugins\/dw-fma\/download.php?d=5763&nonce=e2217e58046efc29\" class=\"internal single-document-reference piwik_download\">Financial Conglomerates Act (FKG; Finanzkonglomerategesetz) (<span class=\"sr-only\">Format: <\/span>pdf, <span class=\"sr-only\">Size: <\/span>278,0 KB, <span class=\"sr-only\">Language: <\/span>English)<\/a> transposed the Directive.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022\/2454<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To assist the supervisory authorities in the evaluation of risks entered into by a conglomerate, and to simplify coordinated supervisory practices throughout the European Union, reporting forms were introduced by the directly applicable <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg_impl\/2022\/2454\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022\/2454<\/a>.
