They are split into Regulations that are directly applicable and Directives, whose contents are required to be transposed by the Austrian legislator. Announcements about new European legal acts are published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/oj\/direct-access.html?locale=de\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Official Journal of the European Union<\/a>. All European legal basis may be accessed in the relevant official languages of the EU via the European legal information system <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/collection\/eu-law\/legislation\/recent.html\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EUR-Lex<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regulation in terms of financial market law is determined to a large extent by European legal bases.
