The FMA hereby fulfils its obligations pursuant to Article 57 (1) (d) of Directive (EU) 2019\/2034 transposed in Article&nbsp;48 para.&nbsp;1 no.&nbsp;4 WPFG in conjunction with Article 4 Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2022\/389. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Excel files contain statistical data about investment firms, including own funds and market risks.
