As a result the time for submission as well as the operative burden for all concerned is kept to a minimum. The terms and conditions of insurance shall only be allowed to be applied once three months have elapsed following their notification to the <abbr title=\"Financial Market Authority\">FMA<\/abbr> . The terms and conditions of insurance made available to the policyholder shall state when the terms and conditions of insurance were notified to the <abbr title=\"Financial Market Authority\">FMA<\/abbr> . In the event that the terms and conditions of insurance used by the insurance undertaking deviate from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vvo.at\/publikationen\/musterbedingungen-klauseln\/\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">model terms and conditions of insurance<\/a> supplied by the Trade Association of Insurance Undertakings, then the terms and conditions of insurance handed over to the policyholder shall explicitly show where they differentiate from the model terms and conditions.     <\/div>  <\/div><\/div><p><\/p><h2>Pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP)<\/h2><p>Regulation&nbsp;(EU) 2019\/1238 lays down uniform rules on the registration, manufacturing, distribution and supervision of personal pension products that are distributed in the Union under the designation &lsquo;pan-European Personal Pension product&rsquo; (PEPP).<\/p><p>\n<div class=\"card\">  <div class=\"card-header\" id=\"heading-6a3845126e0bf\">    <h2 class=\"mb-0\">      <button class=\"btn btn-link btn-block text-left p-0 d-flex align-items-center justify-content-between\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-heading-6a3845126e0bf\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-heading-6a3845126e0bf\">        <span> Registration, Modification and Deregistration of PEPPs<\/span>        <i class=\"fa-solid fa-chevron-down text-primary\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>      <\/button>    <\/h2>  <\/div>  <div id=\"collapse-heading-6a3845126e0bf\" class=\"collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-6a3845126e0bf\">    <div class=\"card-body\"><p> Insurance undertakings authorised in accordance with Directive 2009\/138\/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, engaged in direct life insurance according to Article 2(3) of Directive 2009\/138\/EC and Annex II to that Directive may apply for the registration of a <abbr title=\"Pan-European Personal Pension Product\">PEPP<\/abbr> .<\/p><p>Below you can find information about the national taxonomy, that must be observed for the registration, amendment or deregistration of a <abbr title=\"Pan-European Personal Pension Product\">PEPP<\/abbr> .<\/p><p>&bull; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/download.php?d=5632\">PEPP Taxonomy 1.0<\/a><\/p><p>Here you can find an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/download.php?d=5630\">overview of the previous national taxonomies<\/a>.<\/p><p>The valid taxonomy documents in <abbr title=\"Extensible Business Reporting Language\">XBRL<\/abbr>  format regarding the <abbr title=\"Pan-European Personal Pension Product\">PEPP<\/abbr>  Key Information Document (PEPP KID) can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiopa.europa.eu\/tools-and-data\/supervisory-reporting-dpm-and-xbrl_en\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><abbr title=\"European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority\">EIOPA<\/abbr>  website<\/a>.<\/p><p>Furthermore, when submitting the necessary documents for the registering, modifying, or deregistering a <abbr title=\"Pan-European Personal Pension Product\">PEPP<\/abbr>  via the Incoming Platform it is essential that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/download.php?d=5631\"><abbr title=\"Pan-European Personal Pension Product\">PEPP<\/abbr>  naming convention<\/a> is observed.     <\/div>  <\/div><\/div><p>\n<div class=\"card\">  <div class=\"card-header\" id=\"heading-6a3845126e143\">    <h2 class=\"mb-0\">      <button class=\"btn btn-link btn-block text-left p-0 d-flex align-items-center justify-content-between\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-heading-6a3845126e143\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-heading-6a3845126e143\">        <span>PEPP Reporting<\/span>        <i class=\"fa-solid fa-chevron-down text-primary\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>      <\/button>    <\/h2>  <\/div>  <div id=\"collapse-heading-6a3845126e143\" class=\"collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"heading-6a3845126e143\">    <div class=\"card-body\"><p> Insurance undertakings, that provide life insurance pursuant to Article 2 (3) of Directive 2009\/138\/EC and Annex II that are also <abbr title=\"Pan-European Personal Pension Product\">PEPP<\/abbr>  providers, shall submit the information listed in Article 40 (1) to (5) of Regulation (EU) 2019\/1238 in conjunction with Article 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021\/896 annually and shall use the templates listed in Article 3 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021\/897 for this purpose.<\/p><p>The annual quantitative reporting is integrated into the Solvency II Reporting regarding the reporting by insurance undertakings.
