On 17 November 2016 bankruptcy proceedings were initiated at the Fürstliche Landgericht against Gable Insurance AG, Bergstraße 10, 9490 Vaduz, and Batliner Wanger Batliner Rechtsanwälte AG, Am Schrägen Weg 2, 9490 Vaduz, were appointed as the receiver. Questions in relation to the legal position of policyholders and other parties should be addressed to the receiver by e-mail (gable@bwb.li).<\/p>

The FMA Liechtenstein advises that pursuant to Article 31 para. 1 of Liechtenstein’s Insurance Policy Act in the event of the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against an insurance undertaking that the policy shall expire upon lapsing of four weeks, calculated from the day on which the opening of bankruptcy proceedings was made public.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
