On 01.10.2018 the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)<\/strong> published an update to the Q&As (Questions & Answers) on MAR topics:<\/p>

Delayed disclosure of inside information under Art. 17(5): assessment of the relevant conditions<\/p>

Delayed disclosure of inside information under Art. 17(5): notification of the expected duration<\/p>

Delayed disclosure of inside information under Art. 17(5): NCA’s denial of consent<\/p>

The ESMA Q&As above can be downloaded from the following page<\/a> and are intended to ensure consistent supervisory practice with regard to the application of the MAR and are intended for both the competent supervisory authorities as well as the supervised entities.<\/p>

ESMA Q&As are only available in English. The contents are not exhaustive and do not constitute new rules to be applied. The Q&As are constantly extended by ESMA and updated as necessary.<\/p>
