Premier FX Limited is a payment institution supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which was authorised to perform money remittance in Austria under the freedom to provide services.<\/p>
In an FCA Decision Premier FX Limited has inter alia been instructed with immediate effect to cease to perform payment Services (money remittance) and to cease trading. Furthermore Premier FX Limited shall not be allowed in any way to dispose of, deal with or diminish the value of any of its assets, whether held in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, without the prior written consent of the FCA. This shall also apply for all relevant funds that it holds on the account of or on their behalf.<\/p>
To avoid any doubt, these requirements relate to all custodian accounts, customer Transaction accounts or other accounts held by third parties or are held in the name of Premier FX Limited.<\/p>
