{"id":1998,"date":"2004-07-22T13:45:48","date_gmt":"2004-07-22T11:45:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/?p=1998"},"modified":"2016-05-12T13:47:57","modified_gmt":"2016-05-12T11:47:57","slug":"anderson-goldberg-s-l","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/anderson-goldberg-s-l\/","title":{"rendered":"Anderson &#038; Goldberg S.L"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"bodytext\">Pursuant to Article 24 para 6 of the Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz (WAG; Austrian<br>\nSecurities Supervision Act) the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) is entitled<br>\nto inform the general public by publication in an official bulletin published nationwide<br>\nthat a particular company is not authorized to provide certain financial services (as<br>\nstipulated in Section 1 para 1 no. 19 of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Austrian<br>\nBanking Act)).<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">With the announcement in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; on<br>\n22 July 2004 the FMA makes use of its right and warns against doing any financial<br>\nservices business with the following companies<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><strong>Anderson &amp; Goldberg S.L. &ndash;<\/strong><br>\nalleged location at<br>\nBank of China Tower, Central, Level 25, Garden Road, Hong Kong<br>\n(also: Paseo de la Castellana, 141 &ndash; 8*, 28046 Madrid, Spain)<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><strong>Baker &amp; White &ndash;<\/strong><br>\nalleged location at<br>\nOffice Tower Convention Plaza, 38th Floor, 1 Harbour Road, Wancahi, Hong Kong<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><strong>Novis Partners &ndash;<\/strong><br>\nalleged location at<br>\nBank of America Tower, 12 Harcourt Road Central, Hong Kong<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">These companies are not authorized by the FMA.
