{"id":2007,"date":"2004-12-15T13:56:22","date_gmt":"2004-12-15T12:56:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/?p=2007"},"modified":"2016-05-12T13:57:21","modified_gmt":"2016-05-12T11:57:21","slug":"private-fiduciary-trust-gmbh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/private-fiduciary-trust-gmbh\/","title":{"rendered":"Private Fiduciary Trust GmbH"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"bodytext\">Pursuant to Article 24 para 6 of the Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz (WAG; Austrian Securities Supervision Act) the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) is entitled to inform the general public by publication in an official bulletin published nationwide that a particular company is not authorized to provide certain financial services (as stipulated in Section 1 para 1 no. 19 of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Austrian Banking Act)).<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">With the announcement in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; on<br>\n15 December 2004 the FMA makes use of its right and informs that<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><strong>Private Fiduciary Trust GmbH &ndash;<\/strong><br>\nlocation at<br>\nA 1010 Vienna<br>\nAn der H&uuml;lben 1<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">is not authorized by the FMA.
