{"id":20429,"date":"2019-02-01T07:00:55","date_gmt":"2019-02-01T06:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/kontofx\/"},"modified":"2019-02-07T10:00:28","modified_gmt":"2019-02-07T09:00:28","slug":"kontofx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/kontofx\/","title":{"rendered":"kontofx"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p>The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA), inter alia pursuant to Article 4 para. 7 of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Banking Act), may disclose to the general public by publication on the Internet, in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo;, or in any other newspaper with nationwide circulation, that a particular natural or legal person (person) is not entitled to carry out certain banking transactions (Article&nbsp;1 para.&nbsp;1 BWG), provided that said person has given cause for such action and informing the general public is deemed necessary and reasonable with regard to possible disadvantages of the person concerned. By publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; of 01.02.2019, the FMA hereby informs that<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>&ldquo;kontofx&rdquo;<\/strong><\/p><p>NTMT Transformatic Markets OU<\/p><p>Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Parda tn 4, 10151, sowie<\/p><p>Northside Business Centres, 2nd and 4th floor, BC91 Office building, V&aacute;ci &uacute;t 91, Budapest 1139, Hungary<\/p><p>www.kontofx.com<br>\ninfo@kontofx.info<br>\nsupport@kontofx.info<\/p><p>+44 1217263858<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>is not entitled to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a licence.
