{"id":2161,"date":"2007-06-20T14:32:17","date_gmt":"2007-06-20T12:32:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/?p=2161"},"modified":"2016-05-13T14:33:23","modified_gmt":"2016-05-13T12:33:23","slug":"hb-capital-partners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/hb-capital-partners\/","title":{"rendered":"HB Capital Partners"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p>Pursuant to section 24 para 6 of the Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz (WAG; Securities Supervision Act), Austria&rsquo;s Financial Market Authority (FMA) has the right &ndash; by way of publication in an official bulletin with nationwide circulation &ndash; to inform the general public of the fact that a particular company is not entitled to provide certain financial services (section 1 para 1 no. 19 of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Austrian Banking Act)).<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">By publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; of 20 June 2007, the FMA is exercising this right and warns against financial service transactions requiring a licence with the following provider:<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><strong>HB Capital Partners<\/strong><br>\nwith its alleged head office at<br>\nCalle de Valencia 224, Suite 112,<br>\n08011 Barcelona<br>\nSpain<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">\nThis provider does not possess a licence issued by the FMA.
