{"id":21794,"date":"2019-04-27T07:00:27","date_gmt":"2019-04-27T05:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/?p=21794"},"modified":"2019-04-29T12:36:22","modified_gmt":"2019-04-29T10:36:22","slug":"go-t-limited-gotechfx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/go-t-limited-gotechfx\/","title":{"rendered":"Go T limited (GoTechFx)"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p>The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA), inter alia pursuant to Article 4 para. 7 of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Banking Act), may disclose to the general public by publication on the Internet, in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo;, or in any other newspaper with nationwide circulation, that a particular natural or legal person (person) is not entitled to carry out certain banking transactions (Article&nbsp;1 para.&nbsp;1 BWG), provided that said person has given cause for such action and informing the general public is deemed necessary and reasonable with regard to possible disadvantages of the person concerned.<\/p><p>By publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; on 27.04.2019, the FMA hereby informs that<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Go T limited (GoTechFx)<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Trust Company Complex<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro,<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Republic of Marshall Islands MH 96960<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gotechfx.com\/de\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/gotechfx.com\/de<\/a><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">+44 1134013533<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"mailto:support@gotechfx.com\">support@gotechfx.com<\/a><\/p><p>is not entitled to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a licence.
