{"id":2182,"date":"2007-09-06T14:48:32","date_gmt":"2007-09-06T12:48:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/?p=2182"},"modified":"2016-05-13T14:49:13","modified_gmt":"2016-05-13T12:49:13","slug":"indices-international-group-iig","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/indices-international-group-iig\/","title":{"rendered":"Indices International Group IIG"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"bodytext\">Pursuant to section 24 para 6 of the Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz (WAG; Securities Supervision Act), Austria&rsquo;s Financial Market Authority (FMA) has the right &ndash; by way of publication in an official bulletin with nationwide circulation &ndash; to inform the general public of the fact that a particular company is not entitled to provide certain financial services (section 1 para 1 no. 19 of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Austrian Banking Act)).<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">\nBy publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; of 6 September 2007, the FMA is exercising this right and warns against financial service transactions requiring a licence with the following provider:<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><strong>Indices International Group IIG<\/strong><br>\nwith its alleged head office at<br>\nFranz Josef Stra&szlig;e 15<br>\n5020 Salzburg<br>\nAustria<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">This provider does not possess a licence issued by the FMA.
