{"id":28299,"date":"2019-10-30T09:00:06","date_gmt":"2019-10-30T08:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/?p=28299"},"modified":"2019-10-30T11:02:39","modified_gmt":"2019-10-30T10:02:39","slug":"cryptotrustconsulting-ltd-2-review-of-the-lawfulness-of-the-publication-dated-04-10-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/cryptotrustconsulting-ltd-2-review-of-the-lawfulness-of-the-publication-dated-04-10-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"CRYPTOTRUSTCONSULTING Ltd"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p>On 04.10.2019 an announcement pursuant to Article 4 para.&nbsp;7 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz) was published in the Official Gazette of the Wiener Zeitung (Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung) as well as the FMA website in relation to <strong>CRYPTOTRUSTCONSULTING Ltd<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Pursuant to the fourth sentence of Article&nbsp;4 para.&nbsp;7 of the Banking Act (BWG &ndash; Bankwesengesetz) the party subject to the publication may make an application to the FMA to review the lawfulness of the publication.
