Biogena Group Invest AG failed to published two notifications about directors&rsquo; dealings within the stipulated timeframe from doing so. The penal order was issued by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para. 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbeh&ouml;rdengesetz) and is final.\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FMA imposes sanction upon Biogena Invest Group AG for delayed publication of Directors&#8217;
