{"id":3022,"date":"2016-01-09T11:33:39","date_gmt":"2016-01-09T10:33:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/?p=3022"},"modified":"2016-05-27T13:24:00","modified_gmt":"2016-05-27T11:24:00","slug":"www-mleopoldandpartners-com","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/www-mleopoldandpartners-com\/","title":{"rendered":"www.mleopoldandpartners.com"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"bodytext\">The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may, pursuant to the first sentence of Article 4 para. 7 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG) and\/or the first sentence of Article 92 para. 11 of the 2007 Securities Supervision Act (WAG 2007), disclose to the general public by publication on the Internet, in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo;, or in any other newspaper with nationwide circulation, that a particular natural or legal person (person) is not entitled to carry out certain banking transactions or investment services, provided this person has given cause for such action and informing the general public is deemed necessary and reasonable in the light of possible disadvantages for those concerned.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">By publication in &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; of 9 January 2016, the FMA therefore announces that the operators of the website<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\"><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mleopoldandpartners.com\/\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.mleopoldandpartners.com<br>\n<\/a><\/b><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mleopoldandpartners.com\/\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br>\n<\/a><\/b>with alleged business location in<br>\nGolden Cross House<br>\n8 Duncannon Street<br>\nLondon<br>\nWC2N 4JF<br>\nUnited Kingdom<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">Tel: +44 20 7183 0241<br>\nFax: +44 20 7183 0241<br>\ninfo(at)mleopoldandpartners.com<br>\naccounts(at)mleopoldandpartners.com<br>\nwww.mleopoldandpartners.com<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">are not entitled to carry out banking transactions or provide investment services in Austria that require a licence.
