By publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; of 23.07.2020, the FMA hereby informs that the unknown operators of the website<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>erstemarkets.com<\/strong><br>with its registered address apparently at:<br>Paternoster Sq.<br>London EC4M 7LS<br>United Kingdom<br>as well as at<br>35 Boulevard Joseph ll<br>1840 Luxembourg<br>Luxembourg<br>Tel: +43 720 775 842<br>support@erstemarkets.com<br>erstemarkets.com<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">are not entitled to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a licence.
