{"id":3117,"date":"2015-09-30T14:23:26","date_gmt":"2015-09-30T12:23:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/?p=3117"},"modified":"2016-05-27T14:24:35","modified_gmt":"2016-05-27T12:24:35","slug":"global-financial-protection-commission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/global-financial-protection-commission\/","title":{"rendered":"Global Financial Protection Commission"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p>Pursuant to Article 92 para. 11 first sentence of the 2007 Securities Supervision Act (WAG 2007; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz), the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may disclose to the general public by publication on the Internet, in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo;, or in any other newspaper with nationwide circulation, that a particular natural or legal person is not entitled to carry out certain investment services (Article 3 para. 2 nos. 1 to 4 WAG 2007), provided that said person has given cause for such action and informing the general public is deemed necessary and reasonable with regard to possible disadvantages of the person concerned.<\/p><p>By publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; of 30 September 2015, the FMA informs that<\/p><p><strong>Global Financial Protection Commission<\/strong><br>\nwith its alleged head office at<br>\n225 Franklin Street, 26th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts, United States 02110<br>\nTel: 001 617 963 7290 Ext: 130<br>\nFax: 001 617 933 7618<br>\nE-mail: aurelie.huguelet@globalfpc.net<br>\nInternet: www.globalfpc.net<\/p><p>is not entitled to provide investment services in Austria requiring a licence.
