These incidents misuse Alpen Privatbank AG&rsquo;s name, logo and branding to disseminate fraudulent loan offers. This scam targets private persons in German-speaking countries and focuses on using the construction of granting a loan to solicit advance payments from them.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FMA warns about the existence of fraudulent &ldquo;clones&rdquo; of existing providers and urges consumers to act with caution if they are contacted in an unsolicited manner.
