{"id":31981,"date":"2020-09-24T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/krisimark-ltd\/"},"modified":"2020-09-25T18:13:48","modified_gmt":"2020-09-25T16:13:48","slug":"krisimark-ltd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/krisimark-ltd\/","title":{"rendered":"Krisimark Ltd"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Article 4 para. 7 first sentence of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Banking Act), the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may disclose to the general public by publication on the Internet, in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo;, or in any other newspaper with nationwide circulation, that a particular natural or legal person (person) is not entitled to carry out certain banking transactions.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; of 24.09.2020, the FMA hereby informs that<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Krisimark Ltd<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">www.starkmarkets.com<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Suhodolska-Stra&szlig;e 8\/4\/11<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Sofia<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Bulgaria<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Support@starkmarkets.com<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">+43720145082<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">is not entitled to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a licence.
