{"id":33410,"date":"2021-01-26T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-26T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/cryptofundfx-ltd\/"},"modified":"2021-01-27T11:54:27","modified_gmt":"2021-01-27T10:54:27","slug":"cryptofundfx-ltd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/cryptofundfx-ltd\/","title":{"rendered":"Cryptofundfx Ltd."},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FMA may notify the public by way of publication on the Internet, or in a newspaper with nationwide circulation that a named natural or legal person is not authorised to perform certain banking transactions (Article&nbsp;1 para.&nbsp;1 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG)), provided that this person has given cause for such action and informing the general public that is proportionate with regard to any potential disadvantages for the affected parties.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; on 26.01.2021, the FMA hereby informs that<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cryptofundfx Ltd.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">with its registered address apparently at<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">50 Jermyn St, St. James&rsquo;s, London SW1Y 6LX,<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">United Kingdom<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Chemin du Canal 5, 1260 Nyon,<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Switzerland<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">207 Bank St #452, Ottawa, ON K2P 2N2,<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Canada<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">contact@cryptofundfx.com<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">www.cryptofundfx.com<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">is not entitled to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a licence.
