By publication in the official gazette &ldquo;Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung&rdquo; on 05.02.2021, the FMA hereby informs that<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fantex<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">or<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Felicity Group Ltd<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">www.fantex.co; webtrader.fantex.co; my.fantex.co<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">With its registered address apparently at:<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">8 Copthall, Roseau Valley, 00152, Commonwealth of Dominica, DO 00152<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">support@fantex.co<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"mailto:ellen.castillo@fantex.co\">ellen.castillo@fantex.co<\/a><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">is not entitled to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a licence.
