{"id":34668,"date":"2021-07-05T16:17:09","date_gmt":"2021-07-05T14:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/immobilienrendite-investitions-und-entwicklungs-ag-2\/"},"modified":"2021-07-30T17:25:55","modified_gmt":"2021-07-30T15:25:55","slug":"immobilienrendite-investitions-und-entwicklungs-ag-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/immobilienrendite-investitions-und-entwicklungs-ag-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Immobilienrendite Investitions- und Entwicklungs-AG"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) is required pursuant to Article&nbsp;19 of the Capital Market Act 2019 (KMG 2019; Kapitalmarktgesetz 2019) to publish a decision on its official website in which a sanction under administrative procedural law or other measure under administrative procedural law is imposed for a breach against Regulation (EU) 2017\/1129.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FMA hereby announces that<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Immobilienrendite Investitions- und Entwicklungs-AG<\/strong> <br><strong>Commercial Register no.: FN 312506 v<\/strong> <br><strong>with its registered address at Hollandstra&szlig;e 14, Top 101, 1020 Vienna<\/strong><br><strong>www.immobilienrendite.at<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">was instructed by means of an administrative decision dated 23.06.2021, to cease public offerings pursuant to Article&nbsp;2 lit.&nbsp;d of Regulation (EU) 2017\/1129 under the exception pursuant to Article&nbsp;1 (4) lit. &nbsp;b of Regulation (EU) 2017\/1129 for securities with the ISIN AT0000A2R9U2, the ISIN AT0000A2R9V0 and the ISIN AT0000A2R9T4.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, Immobilienrendite Investitions- und Entwicklungs-AG, shall in the future cease future public offerings pursuant to Article 2 lit.&nbsp;d of Regulation (EU) 2017\/1129 uunder the exception pursuant to Article&nbsp;1 (4) lit. &nbsp;b of Regulation (EU) 2017\/1129 for securities, which in total have a scope of addressees of more than 150 persons.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The administrative decision is not legally final.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Article&nbsp;21 KMG 2019 consumers as defined in Article&nbsp;1 para.&nbsp;1 no.&nbsp;2 of the Consumer Protection Act may revoke their offer or the contract in the case of securities being offered where a prospectus is required to be published where prior publication of a prospectus does not occur.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update 30.07.2021<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The administrative decision is legally final.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>prohibition of public offering of securities<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":60,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[81],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-34668","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-warning"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
