The provider is not authorised to accept funds from other parties on a commercial basis for management purposes or as deposits (deposit-taking business) (Article&nbsp;1 para.&nbsp;1 no.&nbsp;1 of the Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz). The basis for this publication is Article&nbsp;4 para.&nbsp;7 BWG.<\/p><p class=\"disclaimer wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone providing banking services, and financial and securities services in Austria, requires the necessary authorisation or licence to do so from the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). Some undertakings offer such services without holding the necessary authorisation. Information about whether a specific undertaking has been authorised\/licensed by the FMA, can be found in the FMA Company Database.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional information dated 27.04.2026<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application to review the legality of the publication dated 22.04.2026 regarding TGI AG<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 22.04.2026 an announcement pursuant to Article 4 para.&nbsp;7 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz) was published on the Federal Government&rsquo;s Electronic Announcements and Information Platform (EVI; Elektronische Verlautbarungs- und Informationsplattform) as well as the FMA website in relation to TGI AG.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to the fourth sentence of Article&nbsp;4 para.&nbsp;7 of the Banking Act (BWG &ndash; Bankwesengesetz) the party subject to the publication may make an application to the FMA to review the lawfulness of the publication. In this case, the FMA shall announce the initiation of such proceedings in a similar manner.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TGI AG made such an application to review the lawfulness of the publication dated 22.04.2026.
