{"id":36528,"date":"2021-12-15T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-15T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/stormgain-llc-ueberpruefung-der-rechtmaessigkeit-der-veroeffentlichung\/"},"modified":"2021-12-16T09:36:17","modified_gmt":"2021-12-16T08:36:17","slug":"stormgain-llc-ueberpruefung-der-rechtmaessigkeit-der-veroeffentlichung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/stormgain-llc-ueberpruefung-der-rechtmaessigkeit-der-veroeffentlichung\/","title":{"rendered":"StormGain LLC &#8211; Reviewing of the lawfulness of the publication"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 11.11.2021 an announcement pursuant to Article 4 para.&nbsp;7 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz) was published in the Official Gazette of the Wiener Zeitung (Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung) as well as the FMA website in relation to StormGain LLC.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to the fourth sentence of Article&nbsp;4 para.&nbsp;7 of the Banking Act (BWG &ndash; Bankwesengesetz) the party subject to the publication may make an application to the FMA to review the lawfulness of the publication.
