FN 464631 g), with its registered office at Mariahilfer Stra&szlig;e 89a\/\/24, 1060 Vienna, as a virtual asset services provider pursuant to Article&nbsp;32a para.&nbsp;1 of the Financial Markets Anti-Money Laundering Act (FM-GwG; Finanzmarkt-Geldw&auml;schegesetz), and which provides the exchanging of virtual currencies into fiat currencies and vice versa (Article&nbsp;2 no.&nbsp;22 lit.&nbsp;b FM-GwG) as well as the exchanging of one or more virtual currencies between one another (Article&nbsp;2 no.&nbsp;22 lit.&nbsp;c FM-GwG), was revoked by means of an administrative decision by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) dated 16.12.2021.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The registration was revoked due to a large number of severe breaches or breaches of duty against the provisions of the Financial Markets Anti-Money Laundering Act (FM-GwG).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Xtrader24 GmbH<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":60,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[83],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-36779","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-licence-change"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
