{"id":40097,"date":"2022-09-05T15:14:10","date_gmt":"2022-09-05T13:14:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/business4life-gmbh-zuruecklegung-der-registrierung-als-dienstleister-in-bezug-auf-virtuelle-waehrungen\/"},"modified":"2022-09-08T13:17:47","modified_gmt":"2022-09-08T11:17:47","slug":"business4life-gmbh-relinquishing-of-registration-as-a-virtual-assets-service-provider","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/business4life-gmbh-relinquishing-of-registration-as-a-virtual-assets-service-provider\/","title":{"rendered":"business4life GmbH &#8211; Relinquishing of Registration as a Virtual Assets Service Provider"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The relinquishing of the approval of the registration granted by means of an administrative decision issued by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) dated 21.01.2020 granted to business4life GmbH (Supplementary Register for Others registration no. 9110020375710), with its registered office at Bauernstra&szlig;e 1, 4600 Wels, as a Virtual Asset Service Provider pursuant to Article&nbsp;32a para.&nbsp;1 of the Financial Markets Anti-Money Laundering Act (FM-GwG; Finanzmarkt-Geldw&auml;schegesetz), which provides the exchanging of virtual currencies into fiat currencies and vice versa (Article&nbsp;2 no.&nbsp;22 lit.&nbsp;b FM-GwG) has been confirmed in an administrative decision by the Austrian Financial Market Authority dated 10.08.2022.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The relinquishing of the registration occurred at business4life GmbH&rsquo;s request.
