Proceedings were concluded under the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article&nbsp;22 para.&nbsp;2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbeh&ouml;rdengesetz). The reason for the sanction is for a breach of rules under stock exchange law. The issuer specifically published its full annual financial reports too late for the 2023 and 2024 financial years respectively.
