FN 569240v) was granted an authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider pursuant to Article&nbsp;63 of Regulation (EU) 2023\/1114 (MiCAR; Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation) by means of an administrative decision dated 09.04.2025. The company is authorised to provide the following crypto-asset services:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>providing custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients (Article&nbsp;3 (1) point&nbsp;16 lit.&nbsp;a MiCAR)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>exchange of crypto-assets for funds (Article&nbsp;3 (1) point&nbsp;16 lit.&nbsp;c MiCAR)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets (Article&nbsp;3 (1) point&nbsp;16 lit.&nbsp;d MiCAR)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients (Article&nbsp;3 (1) point&nbsp;16 lit.&nbsp;e MiCAR)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>placing of crypto-assets (Article&nbsp;3 (1) point&nbsp;16 lit.&nbsp;f MiCAR)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>reception and transmission of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients (Article&nbsp;3 (1) point&nbsp;16 lit.&nbsp;g MiCAR)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>providing transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients (Article&nbsp;3 (1) point&nbsp;16 lit.&nbsp;j MiCAR)<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time as a result of the granting of the authorisation pursuant to Article 63 MiCAR the registration as a virtual asset service provider pursuant to Article&nbsp;32a of the Federal Act on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in Financial Markets (Financial Markets Anti-Money Laundering Act (FM-GwG; Finanzmarkt-Geldw&auml;schegesetz, published in Federal Law Gazette&nbsp;I No.&nbsp;118\/2016 as amended by Federal Law Gazette&nbsp;I No. 151\/2024) held by Bitpanda GmbH dated 19.12.2019 was determined to have lapsed pursuant to Article&nbsp;23 of the Federal Act implementing Regulation&nbsp;(EU)&nbsp;2023\/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA-VVG; MiCA-Verordnung-Vollzugsgesetz), published in Federal Law Gazette&nbsp;I No.&nbsp;111\/2024 as amended in conjunction with Article&nbsp;143 (3) MiCAR.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Granting of Authorisation: Bitpanda GmbH<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":20,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[83],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4306905","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-licence-change"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
