{"id":45869,"date":"2023-08-03T10:22:49","date_gmt":"2023-08-03T08:22:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/?p=45869"},"modified":"2023-08-03T10:22:53","modified_gmt":"2023-08-03T08:22:53","slug":"warning-uab-lock-trust-revocation-of-licence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/warning-uab-lock-trust-revocation-of-licence\/","title":{"rendered":"Warning: UAB Lock Trust \u2013 Revocation of Licence"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FMA warns about the payment institution UAB Lock Trust, formerly Axxa Fintech Solutions, UAB, whose licence to conduct financial services was revoked by the Bank of Lithuania due to repeated material violations and disobeying instructions of the supervisory authority.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The violations included, inter alia, failure to submit annual financial reports or to appoint a head of administration. In addition, the institution did not provide payment services and did not hold client funds.
