{"id":48950,"date":"2024-02-15T09:33:28","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T08:33:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/esma-stellungnahme-2\/"},"modified":"2024-02-21T08:41:26","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T07:41:26","slug":"esma-statement-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/esma-statement-3\/","title":{"rendered":"ESMA Statement"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 13.02.2024 the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published a statement in which the information obligations in relation to the most frequently used execution venues pursuant to <abbr title=\"Regulatory Technical Standards 28\">RTS 28<\/abbr>  is no longer to be handled in a focussed manner by supervisors due to the future deletion of <abbr title=\"Article 26 paragraph 6 of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive\">Art 27(6) MiFID II<\/abbr> .
