FN 133117k, with the management company Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H. (as the acquiring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 83517w.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The merger was entered in the Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) on 03.09.2024. As a result of the lapsing of Raiffeisen Salzburg Invest GmbH arising from the merger, the entity&rsquo;s licence also lapses.
