{"id":6725,"date":"2009-01-17T10:26:57","date_gmt":"2009-01-17T09:26:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/?p=6725"},"modified":"2016-06-17T10:32:24","modified_gmt":"2016-06-17T08:32:24","slug":"austrian-financial-market-authority-fma-appoints-by-administrative-decision-auditor-ernst-malleg-as-government-commissioner-for-the-management-board-of-the-licensed-investment-firm-rrs-capital-strateg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/austrian-financial-market-authority-fma-appoints-by-administrative-decision-auditor-ernst-malleg-as-government-commissioner-for-the-management-board-of-the-licensed-investment-firm-rrs-capital-strateg\/","title":{"rendered":"Austrian Financial Market Authority FMA appoints by administrative decision auditor Ernst Malleg as government commissioner for the management board of the licensed investment firm RRS Capital Strategies Services GmbH"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"bodytext\">In an administrative decision issued today, January 13, 2009, the Austrian Financial Market Authority FMA has appointed, with immediate effect, auditor Ernst Malleg as government commissioner for the management board of the licensed investment firm RRS Capital Strategies Services GmbH, which has its head offices at Rotenturmstrasse 16-18, 1010 Vienna, Austria.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">Pursuant to section&nbsp;92 para&nbsp;1 of the 2007 <i>Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz<\/i> (WAG 2007; Austrian Securities Supervision Act of 2007), in order to avert any threat to the financial interests of the clients of an investment firm, the FMA may issue an administrative decision ordering temporary measures which will cease to be effective no later than 18 months after their effective date.
