{"id":6759,"date":"2008-10-22T11:05:11","date_gmt":"2008-10-22T09:05:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/?p=6759"},"modified":"2016-06-17T11:05:53","modified_gmt":"2016-06-17T09:05:53","slug":"austrian-financial-market-authority-fma-appoints-by-administrative-decision-auditor-martin-wagner-as-government-commissioner-for-the-management-board-of-the-licensed-investment-firm-avw-invest-ag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fma.gv.at\/en\/austrian-financial-market-authority-fma-appoints-by-administrative-decision-auditor-martin-wagner-as-government-commissioner-for-the-management-board-of-the-licensed-investment-firm-avw-invest-ag\/","title":{"rendered":"Austrian Financial Market Authority FMA appoints by administrative decision auditor Martin Wagner as government commissioner for the management board of the licensed investment firm AvW Invest AG"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p class=\"bodytext\">In an administrative decision issued today, October 22, 2008, the Austrian Financial Market Authority FMA has appointed, with immediate effect, auditor Martin Wagner as government commissioner for the management board of the licensed investment firm AvW Invest AG, which has its head offices at Hauptstra&szlig;e 118, 9201 Krumpendorf, Austria.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">Pursuant to section&nbsp;92 para&nbsp;1 of the 2007 <i>Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz<\/i> (WAG 2007; Austrian Securities Supervision Act of 2007), in order to avert any threat to the financial interests of the clients of an investment firm, the FMA may issue an administrative decision ordering temporary measures which will cease to be effective no later than 18 months after their effective date.
