The Financial Market Authority (FMA) would like to reject the assertion made by Meinl European Land Ltd. (MEL) in an ad hoc report issued on November 21, 2007 at 10.48 a.m. that “Wiener Börse, which is supervised by the FMA, is reported to have contributed to the misrepresentation”, and declare that the FMA has not made such a statement.<\/p>

The FMA has assiduously performed the competencies assigned to it within the scope of the law and in line with statutory provisions, and vehemently denies the allegations raised by MEL.<\/p>
