In an announcement published in today’s issue of the official gazette “Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung”, the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) warns investors against financial service transactions with the following two providers:<\/p>

First China Corporate Management Group,<\/strong>

\n<\/b>Engler, Ulrich
\nwith its alleged head office at
\n1217 Cape Coral Pkwy, # 121,
\nCape Coral
\nFlorida 33904
\nUSA<\/p>

First China Corporate Management Group and Private Commercial Office, Inc. (Engler, Ulrich) offer financial services in Austria which require a licence pursuant to section 1 para 1 no. 19 Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Austrian Banking Act) (advising clients on investing funds, managing client portfolios in accordance with mandates given by investors, brokering business opportunities for the acquisition or sale of certain financial instruments) without having the required licence.<\/p>

In an announcement published in today’s issue of the official gazette “Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung” the FMA also warns investors that Mr.<\/p>

is not entitled to offer banking services pursuant to section 1 para 1 no. 18 lit b BWG (credit brokerage) in Austria. Mr Keffel-Fallahi approached potential customers in Austria without meeting the statutory requirements.<\/p>

“Before you start doing business with a financial service provider please make sure that it has the required licence,” warns FMA Executive Director Heinrich Traumüller, and adds: “Be particularly cautious if an unknown provider makes unsolicited contact with you and offers financial services. Cold calling is even forbidden by law.”<\/p>
