Royal & Sun Alliance plc with its registered office at St. Mark’s Court, Chart Way, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1XL, United Kingdom, has transferred parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to RSA Luxembourg S.A. with its registered office at 19, rue de Bitbourg, L-1273, Luxembourg.
The portfolio transfer will become effective as of 01.01.2019.
According to information from the British supervisory authority, contracts held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
