Instructions regarding actions to be taken within the scope of a resolution for an institution or a central counterparty are issued by means of an emergency administrative decision by the FMA in its capacity as the resolution authority. When a decision about a resolution action (the edict detailing actions) is published on the FMA website then the administration decision is deemed to have been issued and is effective.
