The FMA’s ESG Dialogue – Insurance

In accompanying insurance undertakings in the transition process to achieve the objectives under European “Green Deal”, since 2019, the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has been conducting an intensive dialogue with the industry, to inform insurers as early as possible about current developments, the FMA’s initiatives and priorities for supervision and the results of the asset screenings and the FMA climate stress test.
