A virtual dialogue event on Sustainable Finance took place with representatives of Pensionskassen and the trade association as part of support for Austrian Pensionskassen in the transition process for achieving the objectives of the European “Green Deal” on 03.11.2020. A presentation was given to the Pensionskassen sector about the results of the FMA ’s ESG Asset Screenings, and the latest developments addressed regarding sustainability.

The increasing use of information technology provides opportunities, but also contains certain risks. Cyber-risk is constantly gaining in significance as a result of the ever increasing level of interconnectedness. During the course of this virtual dialogue, there was a presentation for representatives of Pensionskassen and the trade association about the results of the FMA ’s Cyber Maturity Level Assessment and Cloud Assessment in relation to the maturity of Pensionskassen in relation to cyber-risk and identified current developments in the area of It security.
