The lists published in this section of the website show the options and discretions exercised, which are at the disposal of the legislator and supervisory authorities in implementing Basel III in Austria. The FMA hereby fulfils its obligations pursuant to Article 143 (1) (b) of Directive 2013/36/EU in conjunction with Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 650/2014 as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/912.
