YOUPLUS Assurance AG with its registered office in 9495 Triesen (Liechtenstein) is transferring its portfolio of fund-linked life insurance contracts of its Austrian branch to austrion Life Insurance AG with its registered office in 1200 Vienna.
Contracts held by insurance policyholders in Austria are also affected by the portfolio transfer.
A termination right exists for insurance policy holders pursuant to Article 20 para. 5 in conjunction with Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
